**Job Description**
You will be working with a Silicon Valley-based FinTech startup named Docyt, which is dedicated to providing businesses with control over their financial data. Docyt is known for bringing order to data chaos by digitizing financial data, automating income and expense workflows, reconciling QuickBooks, and generating real-time financial statements using AI technology. Your role will involve driving the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, client engagement, proposal negotiation, and closure. Building strong relationships with US clients, collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction and account growth, as well as meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets are key responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications Required**
Bachelors or Masters degree required
Preference for candidates with a B.Com or Masters in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years of experience in IT Software Sales with international exposure, preferably in the US market
Background in the accounting or finance domain will be an added advantage
Proven track record in software/IT sales with stable employment history and no frequent job changes
Strong exposure to the US market, including client handling, lead generation, and closing deals
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati will be an added advantage
Ability to work in dynamic time zones (US EST, CST, PST) with shifts adjusted as per requirements
