Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals. - Create monthly and quarterly content calendars. - Identify growth opportunities, trends, and emerging platforms. - Define KPIs and track performance metrics. - Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with in-house producers, videographers, editors, and designers to develop engaging content. - Oversee the production of video, graphics, reels, short-form, and long-form content. - Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign messaging. - Ensure brand voice consistency across platforms. - Platform Management:
Manage accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook. - Schedule, publish, and optimize posts. - Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement. - Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Analytics & Reporting:
Track analytics and prepare performance reports. - Analyze audience behavior and campaign performance. - Optimize campaigns based on insights and data. - Campaign & Paid Media Support:
Assist with paid social media campaigns. - Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships. - Support launch campaigns for productions, projects, and clients. - Understanding for Meta Ads Strategy, ads spend and ROAS. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred). - 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. - Strong understanding of content trends, algorithms, and digital best practices. - Excellent copywriting and communication skills. - Creative thinker with strong organizational abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
