As a content creator at Finderbridge, your main goal is to build Finderbridge into a top-of-mind travel brand by crafting powerful narratives around Northeast India, hospitality brands, tourism projects, and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing destination-first content strategies that make people want to travel
Positioning Northeast India as a premium, aspirational, and experience-driven market
Building storytelling formats that highlight culture, people, landscapes, and hidden experiences
Creating high-conversion travel content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, and storytelling posts
Planning and executing content funnels from Awareness to Inquiry
Anchoring and producing on-ground travel content across destinations
Collaborating with hotels, resorts, and tourism partners for brand storytelling campaigns
Using analytics to identify what drives saves, shares, inquiries, and bookings
Staying ahead of global travel content trends and adapting them to the Northeast India market
Building Finderbridge as a trusted authority in tourism marketing and destination branding We are looking for someone who understands Destination Branding, Tourism Psychology, Content Positioning, and Conversion Thinking. Qualifications:
Proven experience in Social Media Management / Content Strategy
Strong understanding of tourism marketing, branding, and storytelling
Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems
Strong writing and visual storytelling ability
Proficiency in video editing and creative tools
Understanding of analytics, Instagram algorithm, META SEO, and performance-driven content
Ability to execute in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in content/social media
Strong on-camera presence in English & Hindi
Bonus Experience in video-first content creation (Preferred)
Ability to independently create original, insight-driven content ideas
Deep interest in travel, culture, and destination storytelling
Must be a Social Media & Marketing Geek
