Key Responsibilities
Own and manage inbound leads for the EOR product. - Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, target geographies, and compliance challenges. - Deliver product demos and solution walkthroughs. - Qualify, progress, and close high-intent leads into paying customers. - Guide customers through onboarding, from contract signing to first employee activation. - Ensure timely deposit payments, payroll setup, and monthly payroll execution. - Act as the primary point of contact during early lifecycle stages. - Identify triggers for EOR adoption such as international expansion, remote hiring, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to close complex deals. - Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Management. - Experience selling B2B SaaS, Fintech, HRTech, or services-led solutions. - Proven ability to conduct discovery calls, demos, and independently close deals. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. - Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and execution. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Employer of Record, Payroll, HRTech, or Global Hiring solutions. - Experience selling multi-product or SaaS + services offerings. - Comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel, CRM analytics). - Familiarity with CRM tools and automation or AI-driven lead management. - Experience presenting webinars or virtual sales events.
