Product Rhythm & Operations
- Own the operational cadences of the product organization — sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional syncs — ensuring the right decisions get made with the right context
- Build and maintain the systems and processes that keep product teams aligned and unblocked
- Facilitate strategic working sessions, product offsites, and critical prioritization moments across the organization
Product Insights & Performance
- Oversee the development of models, forecasts, and scenarios to support product goal-setting and resource allocation
- Partner with the Data team to develop a deep understanding of retention, feature adoption, growth drivers, and product performance
- Translate product analytics into clear, compelling insights for leadership and the board
Product Strategy & Prioritization
- Own the frameworks that guide product prioritization — audience focus, TAM sizing, marketplace dynamics, and monetization strategy
- Answer hard strategic questions: how should we sequence the roadmap? Where is the growth opportunity? What should we build vs. buy vs. partner? - Lead pricing and packaging analysis, partnering with Finance and Product to evaluate new monetization approaches
