Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc / B.C.A.)
Strong understanding of Incident Management principles and practices using tools like ServiceNow
Experience working with L1 Support teams to resolve complex technical issues Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing production support for the AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of applications. This includes managing incidents through incident management processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will offer Level 1 (L1) support for application-related issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members. You will utilize the ServiceNow platform for ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, etc. It is essential to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and industry standards for service delivery.
