Commercial Analyst

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Commercial awareness: Strong commercial mindset with the ability to improve sales performance through structured analysis, pipeline visibility, and disciplined execution. - Analytical capability: Strong ability to analyse trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data and research into actionable commercial insight. - Commercial reporting & modelling: Experience producing and maintaining sales, pipeline, including basic financial modelling such as pricing, margin analysis, and business case support. - Commercial coordination: Comfortable working across sales, finance, and operational teams to coordinate bids, proposals, and commercial initiatives. - Technical proficiency: Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel is essential. Required Competencies

• Proactive Approach: A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and move initiatives forward. - Detail-oriented: A focus on accuracy, clarity, and delivering logical, decision-useful outputs. - Communication & stakeholder management: confident communicator, able to engage and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and regions. Required Work Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial, analytical, or finance-related role. - Experience in data analysis and translating research into market intelligence is essential. - Exposure to sales environments or commercial pipeline management is preferred. Required Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a similar field would be advantageous but not essential. BENEFITS
