About the Role In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver data-driven insights, financial modelling, and strategic analysis that supports decision-making and drives business performance. You'll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the group. Key Responsibilities Partner with Executive Leadership and SG&A stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and cost management. Deliver periodic rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting processes Lead month-end analysis, including variance analysis, commentary, and performance insights Prepare and present monthly management reports and executive packs Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement initiatives Collaborate with global finance teams (including UK stakeholders) Provide ad-hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case support Why Join O'Brien? You will bring: 5+ years' experience as a Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Finance Business Partner Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capability Demonstrated success in cost management and performance improvement Advanced Excel skills (modelling, forecasting, analysis) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, TM1 or similar analytics tools A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification preferred Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Apply Now If you're looking to take the next step in your commercial finance career with a leading Australian brand, we'd love to hear from you.
