LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America*, preferably working in hours that align to* ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).
Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.
THE ROLE:
The Expense Analyst is a proactive, detail-oriented professional responsible for overseeing all company expenses and employee-related expenditures across payment platforms. This role manages the lifecycling in Brex expense, preparing disciplined expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Expense Analyst coordinates reimbursements through payroll, tracks client-billable expenses with precision, and provides reliable analysis to leadership. This position is also central to monthly and year-end closing activities and actively contributes to process improvements and visibility of employee-related costs. The role embraces an AI-first mindset, leveraging automation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency across all expense workflows.
