As Commercial Manager you will be the first person on ground to build and lead our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. You possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process. Our Mission

CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm and now in Helsinki. What You Will Do
Develop and implement your sales strategy
Build out the lead marketing machine
Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
Once you have hit certain sales targets you will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading a top notch sales team
Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results
Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
Report into the CEO. What We Expect from You
3+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
A natural ability to sell
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
High work ethic with a sense of urgency
Exceptional drive with a desire to be the best at what you do
Proactive approach and take ownership of everything you do
People-oriented with the ability to bring people together
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level
Ability to win the trust of business leaders
Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Humility and sharing our passion for building and developing new businesses
Fluency in Finnish and English
