Job Title Transformation Lead Job Description #EOS #PHILIN Job title: Transformation Lead Your role: Role Overview: The Transformation lead acts as the central point of contact for PCM efforts. He / She works across Business/Regions/Functions to ensure alignment, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and sustainably. Here are some of the key responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Align transformation goals with PCM's strategic priorities Define the catalog transformation roadmap. Assess current state and identify improvement opportunities Develop business case, benefits and secure Finance and other required approvals thereby taking ownership of the project charter Program/Project Management Provide detailed requirements (functionally architect the solution) in liaison with Catalog Subject Matter Experts, IT/Technical Architect and/ Business/Markets/Regions Oversee execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget control Develop & manage detailed project plans including charter, scope, timelines and acceptance criteria Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity Change Management Design & implement change management strategies to drive adoption Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Catalog transformation initiatives Identify and mitigate resistance to change Ensure training, transition and support mechanisms are in place Performance Monitoring & Reporting Define KPIs to measure success of transformation initiatives Track and report progress, risks and issues to GDMA leadership team Create transformation pipeline and update CIN/similar tool to reflect accurate funnel Work with Finance controller to secure approvals in CIN/similar tools Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learnt. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. It's a challenging but rewarding position that can significantly impact the organization's success. Education & Training: Bachelor's degree with relevant domain experience or MBA or related fields Experience & Background: 5+ years' experience with product master data and/or CPQ tools such as CONGA (APTTUS), SAP, CONFIGIT Transformational experience in international, multi applications eco system with cutting edge technologies and AI. 5+ years' experience to develop and implement algorithms, python. Strong communicative skills, Analytical with strong conceptualization skills Philips experience is a plus Overall Experience: 10-12 years Bachelors B.Tech must, masters preferred .
