As a Remote E-commerce & Social Media Growth Hacker at our client's rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer brand, your role is critical for driving exponential growth in online sales and brand visibility through creative and data-driven strategies. You should live and breathe e-commerce, possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, and excel at identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and user behaviors. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing agile experiments, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging social channels to acquire and retain customers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cutting-edge growth hacking strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. - Manage and optimize all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement, build community, and generate sales. - Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments across the e-commerce website and marketing channels to identify key growth levers. - Analyze customer data, user behavior, and market trends to uncover new acquisition opportunities and optimize existing strategies. - Create and manage engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and influencer collaborations. - Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive repeat purchases, and enhance customer loyalty. - Explore and integrate new technologies, platforms, and marketing tactics to stay ahead of the curve. - Collaborate with the product, design, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. - Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and social media engagement. - Stay abreast of the latest developments in e-commerce, social media marketing, and growth hacking methodologies. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or social media management, with a proven track record of driving measurable results. - Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media marketing platforms. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches. - Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an understanding of brand voice. - Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems. - Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
