As a Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker for our client, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing online sales and customer acquisition strategies. Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. - Conduct A/B testing and experiments on website design, user experience, pricing, promotional offers, and marketing channels. - Analyze user behavior data, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify optimization opportunities. - Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic and conversions. - Implement and manage growth loops and viral marketing strategies. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable improvements. - Stay updated on e-commerce trends, growth hacking techniques, and digital marketing tools. - Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, CLTV, and churn rate. - Develop compelling marketing copy and creative assets for campaigns. - Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and influencers. - Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth hacking. - Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, analytics tools, and CRO techniques. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing platforms. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and challenging conventional approaches. - Strong understanding of UX principles and their impact on conversion. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a fully remote team environment. - Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce is a plus. - Proficiency in HTML/CSS or basic scripting is advantageous.
