As a Content Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop, standardize, and localize content growth methodologies, KPIs, and best practices to accelerate category teams' work in driving content diversification, growth, and consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Cultivating content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, generate leads, deliver sales, retain customers, and build brand awareness. - Ensuring brand voice consistency across all content assets. - Leading the content strategy for priority content programs across brands. - Developing and executing content strategies for the growth of in-house content. - Providing consultancy and support for in-market teams on creator/partner management, including frameworks, support models, and content category focus. - Acting as the point of contact with external social and PR agencies. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
MBA graduate, preferably from MICA or other tier 1 colleges. - Experienced in content/user strategy and operations, preferably with a background from a content platform. - Over 7 years of work experience with a minimum of 4 years in dealing with digital assets, managing people in relevant industries, and business environments. - Experience in creating well-thought-out strategy decks and program documentation. - Collaborative skills for cross-functional work, influencing and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment. - Proficiency in creating and editing digital content for target audiences across multimedia and social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Kakao, Line, WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, etc. - Familiarity with data analysis and insights, such as ROI analyses on digital platforms. - Direct experience in creating short-form video content. - Knowledge of all media metrics, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in content planning. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
