You will be joining our team in the role of Accountant and Purchase Executive, where you will have the opportunity to work on both finance and procurement functions. Your main responsibilities will include:
**Accounting:**
Assisting in day-to-day accounting entries and Bookkeeping. - Maintaining records of receipts and payments. - Helping with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. - Preparing and verifying bills, invoices, and financial documents. - Assisting in GST filings, TDS entries, and monthly reports under guidance. - **Purchase:**
Assisting in sourcing materials from vendors as per company requirements. - Comparing quotations and negotiating prices. - Maintaining accurate purchase records and updating internal systems. - Following up with suppliers for timely delivery and documentation. - Coordinating with stores and inventory teams for stock updates. - Following up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Basic understanding of accounting and finance. - Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize duties. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
