You should be adept at using accounting software and ensuring statutory compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. - Prepare and manage sales & purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers. - Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Manage TDS deduction, payment, and return filing. - Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly. - Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense reports. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and internal audit. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. - Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities. **Qualifications Required:**
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). - 24 years of experience in accounting and taxation. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software. - Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills.
