As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer at Tata Consultancy Services Limited, your role will involve extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and other API technologies. You will be responsible for system integration using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, and CSS. Your experience in working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Background Scripts, ACLs, Plug-ins, Flow Designer, Integration hub, System Properties, and Reports etc. will be crucial. You should have a proven track record of successfully working on ServiceNow integration projects in complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of data management, security, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:
Work on integration development activities for ServiceNow, aligning with business objectives and IT standards. - Have knowledge of ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. - Be proficient in configuring/modifying Event Rule, Field Mapping, Alert Management rule & flows (Flow Designer). - Ability to configure de-duplication & correlation rule. - Configure and customize Reports & Dashboards. Qualifications Required:
Good to have skill sets include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. - Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules. - Knowledge of ServiceNow Event management integrations and applications. - Proficiency in configuring/modifying Event Rules, Field Mapping, Alert Management rules & flows (Flow Designer). - Good understanding of Monitoring tools. - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
