As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant at Zensar Technologies, your role will involve designing, building, and delivering scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications in single and multi-domain environments. You will provide technical leadership, educate stakeholders on solution options and risks, and ensure high-quality implementations aligned with best practices and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor for clients. - Identify, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions, advising on options, risks, and architectural impacts. - Lead the delivery of solutions with minimal oversight and support efficient scoping and estimation. - Represent Zensar Technologies in customer forums and professional bodies. - Configure and develop ITOM capabilities including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping. - Implement and enhance processes across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. - Design and develop upgrade-safe Scoped Applications and manage Domain Separation. - Educate customers, negotiate technical decisions, and support pre-sales activities. Required Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of IT industry experience with hands-on ServiceNow delivery. - Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Domain Separation, ITOM, and CMDB architecture. - Mandatory certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM. - Preferred certifications: CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management. Core Skills:
Strong understanding of IT, Employee, and Customer Workflows. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-solving and proactive resolution.
