You will be responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets. Your main role will be to drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product availability. Additionally, you will need to manage the productivity of channel partners and distributors, as well as train and ensure required field sales executives with distributors. It will be your responsibility to ensure that distributors and retailers maintain adequate stocks. You are expected to strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets, SIM selling outlets, and drive basic distribution parameters such as ROI of distributors and retailers. Moreover, you will be required to gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives and report to the Jio Center and State S&D team. **Qualifications Required:**
Graduation and MBA preferred
