Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for the Spa Outlet, you will be responsible for driving sales, upgrading products, and ensuring successful sales conversions and lead generation. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the wellness facility, managing human resources, office procedures, marketing, inventory, staff training, and customer satisfaction. You will create a motivating environment for both staff and guests, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales, upgrade products, and ensure successful sales conversions and lead generation
Oversee daily operations of the wellness facility including human resources, office procedures, marketing, and inventory management
Create a motivating environment for staff and guests, promoting professionalism and exceptional customer service
Administer staff scheduling procedures, manage inventory effectively, and implement opening and closing procedures
Monitor customer satisfaction and develop competitive service offerings to meet customer needs
Guide staff to become problem solvers and maintain gracious front desk procedures
Develop and retain customer base through effective programs and compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling
Hold regular staff meetings, attend management meetings, and convey relevant information throughout the work
