Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential investors and entrepreneurs interested in education franchise opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors and investor networks. - Drive franchise sales and expansion through strategic partnerships. - Conduct business presentations and investment pitches to prospective partners. - Prepare business projections, financial models, and ROI analysis for potential investors. - Lead negotiations and deal closures for franchise partnerships. - Develop and structure profit-sharing and operational partnership models with franchise partners. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup of franchise centers. - Represent the organization at business forums, investor meetings, and industry events. - Travel as required to meet potential investors and expand the franchise network. Qualification Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Prior experience in Education Franchise Sales / EdTech / Institutional Partnerships will be an added advantage. Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President Franchise Sales in the educational franchise development industry located in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be to lead the expansion of the Education Franchise network. You will need to identify potential investors, establish strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and drive franchise sales through effective presentations, financial planning, and negotiations.
