Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap for org management, including org hierarchy, position management, job classifications, entity and cost center structure, and permissions/approval workflows. - Define how Rippling's org model scales to enterprise complexity, maintaining simplicity while accommodating multi-entity structures and matrix reporting. - Make architectural decisions to ensure seamless flow of org data into downstream products like payroll, benefits, and finance. - Lead discovery for enhancing enterprise capabilities, identifying gaps in the org model, and prioritizing a build plan to address them. - Enforce the quality bar for org data integrity to prevent downstream failures across payroll, compliance, and IT. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features end-to-end, from customer interviews to post-launch iteration. - Ensure that Rippling's speed and simplicity are maintained while adding support for larger, more complex customer configurations.
