As a Senior Product Analyst, you will collaborate with product managers and senior leadership to drive capabilities and support the commercialization of BCG's proprietary data and software assets. Your role will involve creating and managing dynamic roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, developing user personas and stories, ensuring user experience sensitivity, managing clients and stakeholders, and demonstrating technical proficiency and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a dynamic roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs in collaboration with the Product Manager
Lead cross-functional teams in a Scrum or Agile environment to ensure on-time delivery of product features
Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals
Gather business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and users, conducting market analyses, and translating needs into actionable product features
Develop detailed user personas, user stories, and basic mockups to convey ideas and illustrate workflows
Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure product features meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience
Act as the point of contact for expert users and stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress
Collect and analyze feedback from clients and users to drive continuous product improvement
Possess a solid understanding of software development processes and collaborate effectively with engineers and technical leads
Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and business goals
