As a Modernisation Sales Representative at Schindler India, you will play a crucial role in seeking potential modernization customers, negotiating offers, closing sales contracts, and supervising contract compliance for major modernizations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Visiting architects, construction companies, and establishments to proactively seek new modernization opportunities. - Performing offer negotiations, closing sales contracts, and ensuring contract compliance in alignment with Branch Modernization targets and Schindler internal procedures. - Auditing existing Schindler equipment to determine component retention and financial viability. - Supporting and coordinating with the Installation team during project execution and ensuring timely collection of payments. - Coordinating big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center and Branch team when required. Desired experience in commercial sales roles in similar industries for at least two years. - Knowledge and skills in the Elevator & Escalator industry, selling skills, customer relationship management, and time management. - Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
