As a Product Manager - IoT at Datacultr, you will be responsible for leading the development of connected consumer durable products like smart ACs and refrigerators. Your role will involve focusing on device connectivity, data flows, and user experience across hardware, firmware, and cloud ecosystems. **Core Responsibilities:**
**Product Discovery & Strategy (IoT Focus):**
Own the product vision and roadmap for connected consumer durable products
Identify customer needs, use cases, and IoT-driven value propositions
Build detailed PRDs, user stories, and feature specifications
Drive alignment with leadership on product strategy and roadmap priorities
**IoT Product Development & Architecture:**
Define device architecture, including connectivity and data flows
Drive NPI from concept to production, including prototyping
Oversee firmware requirements, OTA update capabilities, and device performance benchmarks
**Cross-functional Execution & Delivery:**
Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
Ensure product quality, reliability testing, and readiness for mass production
Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies for successful product launches
**Go-to-Market & Post-Launch Optimization:**
Partner with business and marketing teams on GTM strategy and launch planning
Monitor post-launch performance using user feedback and analytics
Drive continuous product improvements and feature enhancements
**Key Requirements:**
3 to 7 years of Product Management experience with IoT/connected device products
End-to-end IoT architecture experience covering hardware, firmware, mobile app, and cloud systems
Hands-on exposure to NPI, including prototyping and testing
