You will be working as a Product Manager at Chakr Innovation Pvt. Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product strategy, development, and execution by aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market trends. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks. - Write clear user stories and manage the product backlog for efficient sprint execution. - Analyze product metrics and data to track performance and guide decision-making. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. - Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for successful product launches. - Map and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver quality products. Qualifications required for this position include:
Bachelors degree (B.Tech) or MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 48 years of experience in product management or similar roles. - Strong experience in product roadmap planning, market & competitive research, user story writing and backlog management, product analytics and data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, go-to-market strategy, customer journey mapping.
