As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold loans. You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Branch Managers, or other relevant personnel, by providing training, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. - Identify areas for improvement in the gold loan process and implement measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree. - Experience: 7-10 years of experience in the gold loan industry, preferably with NBFCs or Banks. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to gold loans. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to Travel: You should be willing and able to travel within the region as required.
