Define and own global branding strategy: set long-term ambitions and translate them into measurable priorities across markets; aligned to commercial goals and secure investment approvals. - : build scalable creative platforms that strengthen Agoda’s distinctiveness in Asia and deliver campaign-ready ideas. Raise creative briefs and ensure work is culturally relevant and commercially grounded. - : oversee multi-market brand media budgets (TV, OOH, YouTube, Meta, Programmatic, Digital Video). Define channel mix and budget allocation, manage agencies and platform partners, and run an always-on testing roadmap to optimize both brand impact and performance. - : run and manage brand health studies and prove commercial contribution through data and testing. Design experiments, scale successful tests, and build investment cases for C-Forum approvals. - : integrate practical AI into production, localization and testing to speed execution and improve precision. Embed measurement to ensure AI initiatives move brand KPIs. - : lead and scale a high performing regional brand and media team; influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear, data-backed brand investment strategy. Bridge creative ambition and performance accountability when engaging the C-suite.
**Proven Brand Leadership:**15+ years of overall experience with minimum 10+ yrs in senior brand or agency roles, with a track record of developing and scaling distinctive, long-term brand platforms in competitive markets. - Creative & Media Expertise Across Asia: deep experience overseeing multi-market brand campaigns and significant media investments, balancing global consistency with local cultural nuance. Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and structured testing frameworks. - Commercial & Analytical Rigor: proven track record connecting brand investment to commercial outcomes through data-driven tests. You design experiments, measure incrementality, and use results to optimize investment and defend budget decisions. - AI & Digital Fluency: practical experience integrating AI into marketing workflows from localization and production to testing, iteration, and decision-making. Curious and forward-looking in applying new technology responsibly at scale. - Executive Influence & Strategic Clarity: experience in presenting to C-level stakeholders and influencing investment decisions. Able to articulate long-term brand strategy with clarity, business logic, and conviction. - High-Performance Leadership: minimum 10+ yrs of experience building, mentoring, and leading diverse, high-performing regional teams of 15-20 people. Operates with independence, high standards, ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. - Culturally Intelligent & Resilient: comfortable operating across complex, multi-market environments. Balances ambition and discipline, remains composed under pressure, and navigates stakeholder dynamics with maturity and professionalism. - Stakeholder Management: experience working with C-suite and senior leaders.
