Lead social listening and signal scanning across industry trends, leader networks, media narratives, and competitor activity
Synthesize signals into insight-driven points of view relevant to EYs strategic priorities
Utilize EY proprietary research, market intelligence, and AI-enabled tools for insights
**Thought leadership and content strategy:**
Define and drive social media and thought leadership strategies aligned with Brand, Marketing, and business priorities
Shape cohesive editorial narratives across leaders, themes, and markets
Translate complex topics into clear, compelling content
**Executive social presence and advisory:**
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on social presence, voice, and positioning
Develop content strategies tailored to individual expertise and market relevance
Challenge and refine leader messaging when needed
**Content creation and delivery:**
Serve as lead writer and editor for social media and thought leadership content
Create content across various formats including presentations, articles, and multimedia assets
Support leaders with content for events and campaigns
**Measurement, performance, and optimization:**
Define and track engagement metrics
Translate performance data into actionable insights
Refine content strategies based on analytics and feedback
