58 years of professional experience in business development, operations management, sales leadership, or startup growth roles
Proven experience in driving business growth, managing teams, and handling operational responsibilities
Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, facility management, home services, or service-based startups preferred
Experience in organizations like Urban Company, NoBroker, or similar home services startups strongly preferred
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities
Experience in operational management and process optimization
Ability to identify growth opportunities and scale business operations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability

Role Overview: As a Founders Office Business Head (Growth & Operations) at Medleiz, you will be responsible for driving business performance, improving operational efficiency, and scaling the company in Chennai. You will work closely with the Director to oversee key functions such as sales, marketing strategy, business development, and operational coordination. This high-ownership leadership role will involve developing strategic plans, managing teams, optimizing processes, strengthening sales conversion, and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring smooth service delivery and operational alignment with the Operations Head.
