As an IT Support Specialist at Mango Mass Media, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day IT operations of the company. Your strong problem-solving skills and quick response times will be essential in supporting teams in the fast-paced media environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues effectively. - Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications. - Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices. - Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance. - Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination. - Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently. Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, networking, security, and hardware troubleshooting. - Experience with Access Points, Firewalls, and Network Management. - Hands-on knowledge of NAS Storage & Backup Solutions. - Familiarity with SIEM / Security Monitoring Tools. - Experience in Windows Server & Active Directory. - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365. - Understanding of Endpoint Security solutions (AV, EDR, etc.). Qualifications:
24 years of experience in IT support / system administration. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests effectively. - Good communication and service-oriented mindset.
