Solution Design Specialist

As a skilled professional at VOIS, you will play a crucial role in translating complex Telco business and functional requirements into scalable solution designs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating functional and business Telco requirements into comprehensive technical solution designs. - Owning and governing technical solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple teams. - Developing reusable and highly generic technical design frameworks to support long-term scalability. - Performing hands-on code development in Java 8 and above. - Defining and configuring interfaces enabling data exchange between services and front-end systems. - Presenting high-level, solution, and technical design to solution designers, testing teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders. - Conducting initial defect analysis and delegating issues to relevant delivery teams. - Supporting incident management and implementing workarounds for complex production scenarios alongside DevOps teams. - Reviewing code submissions and approving pull requests for technically complex enhancements. - Contributing to continuous feature breakdown alongside Product Owners, Product Managers, and System Architects. - Supporting System Architects in creating high-level architecture design. - Assisting DevOps teams with deployments across multiple environments. You should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Java Designer/Architect in BSS applications, including managing design dependencies across multiple teams. - 5+ years of experience as a backend developer using Java, JavaScript, Python, relational databases, or NoSQL systems. - Expertise in designing reusable, generic, and scalable technical solutions. - Overall 7+ years of professional experience. - Experience with Automated Unit Testing, DevOps practices, Git, Confluence, JIRA, API design, and lifecycle management. - Experience in team leadership or guiding technical teams. - SAFe Agile experience. - Desired certifications: SAFe Agile, AWS. - Additional desirable skills: Kafka, caching solutions, relational/NoSQL databases. - Educational qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science).
