Handle a team of 100 200-member team, including SMEs, leads, and managers
Effectively monitor the team's performance
Mentor team and middle management in complex and business situations
Strategically plan team structures for better business outcomes
Track team's performance through intelligent reporting
Resolve teams issues in a timely manner and motivate team to deliver in a highly complex and dynamic environment
Convey leadership messaging effectively
Implement a growth-centric approach and continue to do account mining
Manage P&L for the managed account
Work in complex environments and multitask effectively
Prepare executive dashboards for monthly and client reporting
Run presentations in boardroom with Executive presence
Track and report Risk and Compliance matters promptly
Demonstrate excellent leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Possess logical and reasoning skills, ability to analyze the requirements
Be innovative, open-minded, and progressive in thinking
Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders and the executive level
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Provide extended support to Sales and Solutions teams in new business deals
Respond to RFP/RFIs
Competently use MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
Understand the business use of automation methodologies like RPA/AI/Gen AI
**Required Skills:**
12 - 20 years experience in the P&C Auto US insurance industry
Good knowledge of the P&C Insurance incl. Auto value chain and its sub-processes
Process Improvement expertise within policy administration workflows
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with customers digitally
Good understanding of business finance
Excellent time management skills
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to define and perform complex tasks with initiative and judgment
