As an Exhibition Manager, your role will involve leading the end-to-end planning, sales coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events. You will need to demonstrate strong strategic thinking, exhibitor and sponsor management skills, vendor coordination abilities, budgeting expertise, and ensure seamless on-ground execution to deliver high-quality exhibition experiences along with exhibition and sponsor sales. Key Responsibilities:
Develop overall exhibition strategy, floor plans, and participation model. - Drive exhibitor acquisition in coordination with the sales and partnerships team. - Define exhibitor packages, pricing, and value proposition. - Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budget. - Manage relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key partners. - Ensure timely onboarding, contracts, and deliverables from exhibitors. - Act as the primary point of contact for key exhibitors and sponsors. - Handle escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels. - Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. - Sell exhibition stalls, sponsorships, and branding opportunities. - Identify, pitch, and close exhibitors and partners. - Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients. - Achieve revenue targets through proactive sales outreach. - Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with contracts, invoices, and financial processes. - Lead the exhibition operations team during setup and event days. - Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and venue guidelines. - Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time. - Maintain high standards of branding, layout, and visitor experience. - Conduct post-event analysis and exhibitor feedback reviews. - Prepare detailed reports on performance, revenue, and insights. - Recommend process improvements for future exhibitions. Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to manage large budgets and multiple work streams. - Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail and execution excellence. Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field. - Experience managing large-scale B2B exhibitions or conferences. - Willingness to travel and work extended hours during events.
