Job Title: FinOps QC Program Manager – Accounts Receivable
Level: L6 Individual Contributor
Location: Hyderabad
Team: Accounts Receivable – Quality and Governance
Key Responsibilities:
QC Automation & AI Integration
Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline quality control processes. Leverage machine learning tools and platforms to enhance audit efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. Partner with RPA and engineering teams to prioritize and deploy automation initiatives. Reduce manual effort by optimizing workflows using intelligent automation. Defect Reduction Programs
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to reduce defects across quality operations. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement preventive and corrective measures. Define metrics and KPIs to track defect trends and program effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize error rates and enhance operational reliability. Anomaly Detection & Analytics
Build and deploy anomaly detection systems to identify quality outliers and patterns. Create predictive models to proactively flag potential quality issues. Design dashboards and reporting mechanisms for real-time monitoring of quality operations. Apply advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for process improvement. Program Management
Own end-to-end delivery of QC improvement programs, from conception to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, technology, and compliance teams. Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution. Provide regular progress updates and executive reporting on program impact and KPIs. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of program management experience in finance operations, quality control, or process improvement. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, RPA, or advanced analytics platforms. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in accounts receivable, financial operations, or related FinOps domains. Knowledge of anomaly detection, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis techniques. Experience leading automation initiatives with measurable impact on efficiency or defect reduction. Strong familiarity with workflow optimization, dashboards, and operational KPIs. Why Amazon:
