End-to-end project management across a suite of launches within a program
Developing a solid understanding of Amazons Finance Operations systems and processes
Translating complex business requirements into functional designs
Overseeing comprehensive testing of systems changes and development of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and performance metrics
Managing process transitions/implementations across multiple functions and geographies
Motivating and influencing business, operational, and technical teams to ensure best practices are followed and implemented
Identifying, assessing, tracking, and mitigating risks at multiple levels
Proactively monitoring program performance to address and prevent potential issues
Addressing barriers through problem-solving, communication, and active coordination with stakeholders
Driving effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
Basic Qualifications required for this role include:
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications for the ideal candidate are:
3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
