You will drive continuous process improvement towards Automotive SPICE CL3, manage resource demands for projects, and evaluate and provide input during the RFI/RFQ phase. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications Required:**
10+ years of experience in software development
Demonstrable knowledge of the Automotive SPICE process assessment model
Exposure to C, C++, Python, Embedded Linux, AUTOSAR
Prior experience as a Process Owner, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager
Proven expertise in software architecture and developing complex software systems
Experience with testing software at different software architecture layers
Strong communication skills, able to coach, collaborate, and negotiate across functions
Additionally, you should be intrinsically motivated, achievement-oriented, and deeply passionate about technology. You should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and be a fast learner capable of synthesizing large amounts of information accurately.
