Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience. - Extensive experience across multiple data disciplines, including data analytics, data engineering, data science, and/or AI/ML. - Proven leadership experience building and managing large, multi-functional data teams and developing data people leaders. - Deep understanding of modern data infrastructure, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery). - Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI/ML frameworks, with experience guiding their application in a business context. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and familiarity with ML platforms and orchestration tools. - Track record of defining and delivering AI strategies, including generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation initiatives. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior-level stakeholders and leadership, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven mindset. - Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, prioritize competing demands, and drive accountability across large, distributed teams. Preferred:
Experience in healthcare ideally with consumer or patient facing applications. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Experience building and scaling data platforms to support self-serve analytics and democratized data access. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $180,000 - $225,000
