Drive complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Manage multiple open positions across functions with speed and quality
Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring priorities with business goals
Build strong pipelines from the interior design ecosystem and continuously source candidates through various channels
Drive hiring for roles such as Sales Designers, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Site/Execution teams
Screen and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures effectively
Track and manage hiring metrics such as Time to close (TAT) and conversion ratios
**Key Requirements:**
36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Mandatory experience in the Interior Design/Home Interiors/Fit-out industry
Strong understanding of Sales, Design, and Execution roles
Proven track record of closing positions within timelines and managing multiple roles simultaneously
