As a Supply Operations Manager for a Last Mile Logistics Company, your role will involve owning and driving the centralized rider supply strategy. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality onboarding of delivery riders across regions. This will involve sourcing channel development, performance management, cost governance, and scalability in alignment with business demand and service level commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Experience & Skills:
8+ years of experience in bulk blue-collar hiring, preferably in quick commerce. - Strong experience in centralized sourcing, vendor management, and field hiring models. - Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring at scale. Key Responsibilities:
Design and own PAN-India rider sourcing strategy aligned with business growth plans and seasonal demand. - Develop and scale multiple sourcing channels including referrals, field recruiters, telecallers, vendors, walk-ins, and digital campaigns. - Continuously optimize channel mix to achieve target cost per hire, quality, and retention metrics. - Build and manage a centralized vendor ecosystem, including onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and commercials. - Develop and strengthen field recruiter and telecaller networks to enable high-volume hiring. - Drive employee referral programs and localized sourcing initiatives. - Translate business hiring requirements into central hiring plans by city, store, and hub. - Ensure only approved hiring demand is executed across sourcing channels. - Own hiring budgets and ensure adherence to cost-per-hire targets. - Build and manage dashboards to track channel-wise hiring volumes, cost per hire, conversion ratios, drop-offs and rejection rates, and 30/60/90-day rider retention. - Design and continuously improve end-to-end rider onboarding processes. - Lead and manage a team of telecallers, field recruiters, onboarding executives, and central analysts. - Conduct regular field and hub visits to understand ground realities and improve sourcing effectiveness. - Act as the central escalation owner for rider supply challenges and resolve issues within defined timelines.
