Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Support the Portuguese sales team by addressing requests from external partners,
- Follow up on all internal files and requests from the Portuguese entity, liaising with dedicated teams in ULUX and UPE,
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows between the Portuguese entity and internal stakeholders,
- Support the Country Manager in setting the strategic direction and collaborate on the delivery of marketing business plans,
- Build trusted relationships with partners based on high ethical standards,
- Consistently provide a high level of service to partners. Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Support Senior Administrator? - University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Law,
- Experience in the insurance industry or private banking,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently,
- Strong team player,
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English; French is a plus,
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office,
- Competitive sports experience is a plus.
