Position Overview:
The Sales Support Administrator role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and handles client documentation, internal coordination, Salesforce upkeep, vendor compliance, temporary labor coordination, and all business operations related tasks that keep deals and accounts moving. This position frequently interfaces with VPs, Director of Operations, Proposal specialists and clients. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who communicates clearly, follows structured processes, and stays ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports multiple stakeholders, and plays a critical part in creating a frictionless experience for clients and for the team. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Post-secondary degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, customer service, project coordination, or other similar roles. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. - Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Other Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce preferred, but not required. - Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. - Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required. What Will Set You Apart:
Prior experience supporting sales teams, operations teams, or proposal/RFP processes
Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and follow through on details
Experience in the security, facilities, property management, or service-based industries
Travel: This is an on-site position five (5) days per week. Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel. Why Join Marksman Titan:
