Cook I is a more experienced culinary professional with significant experience in restaurants (preferably high-end). They have proficiency on all stations of the line and are highly efficient in prep work. You should expect to work all meals depending on the schedule - Breakfast/Lunch or Lunch/Dinner. Should have no problem consistently delivering desired meat temps and elegant platings. All members of the culinary team are expected to work autonomously and be able to find things to do when they have completed their assigned tasks and to ensure the kitchen is spotless. All should expect to prepare some meals for our associates and see it as a great opportunity to impress your coworkers and cook for your friends. All are encouraged to share their ideas with the Executive Chef and those around them. We work to create a welcoming environment in the kitchen and have a fun atmosphere while still performing to a 5 star standard for our guests. Role and Responsibilities Run assigned stations during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service independently. Execute complex dishes according to ranch recipes and presentation standards. Train and support Cook II and Prep Cooks. Assist in prep and daily kitchen setup. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Step in for Sous Chefs when needed. Required Qualifications 2–4+ years of professional kitchen experience or mastery of a station. Strong culinary skills and plating knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Leadership and mentoring abilities.
