Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue, premium targets, and profitability goals. - Actively source, manage, and grow high-value corporate clients, particularly managing large accounts. - Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales managers, Account Managers, and branch staff to ensure high productivity. - Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers for competitive pricing and with key clients for retention. - Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all transactions. - Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities to provide input on product development. - Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Develop strategic, high-level relationships with insurance company partners to ensure the best possible products, pricing, and service for corporate clients. Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA
Experience: 6 to 8 years in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within insurance broking. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of General Insurance products, especially Corporate, Property, and Employee Benefits. - Certifications: IRDAI Brokers' Exam certification is preferred.
