As a member of the HR Systems Team within the Global People Operations function, your role is crucial in delivering unified, high-quality reporting solutions across HRIS platforms to facilitate data-driven decision-making and service delivery excellence. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports spanning HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules. - Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and derive predictive insights. - Ensure consistency, data accuracy, and compliance in all reporting outputs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. - Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives. In addition to reporting and analytics, you will also be involved in:
Collaborating on configuring and enhancing business processes across HR systems. - Supporting data flow integration and unified reporting across platforms. - Maintaining access controls and data security standards. Moreover, you will contribute to strategic HRIS initiatives by:
Participating in the HR technology roadmap focusing on unified reporting and analytics. - Identifying automation opportunities, process optimizations, and improved service delivery. - Supporting change management and training related to new reporting tools or processes. - Creating presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders. Your qualifications should include:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting. - 7-12 years of overall experience in HRIS or related domains. - Working knowledge of JIRA and Service Now, with the ability to work in an agile setup. - Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules. - Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Workday Security Model. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights. - Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. - Effective results-driven communicator, both verbally and in writing. - Stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication skills. - Ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships. Preferred skills and certifications include:
Workday Pro Certification (Reporting, HCM, or other relevant modules). - Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools. - Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL). - Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or frameworks.
