As an experienced ServiceNow Developer with more than 2 years of experience, your role will involve maintaining, updating, and enhancing the ITSM environment. This includes Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations. You will also be responsible for participating in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products to increase platform adoption. Daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform will be under your purview, along with monitoring health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
Proficiency in developing, integrating, and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools
Understanding and experience working with IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, and PPM/ITBM
Ability to develop, test, deploy improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform interfaces, and data within tables, import sets, and the CMDB
