ServiceNow is currently seeking a CRM Account Executive who will act as a customer-facing domain expert, driving innovative business solutions with customers. ### Qualifications:
Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making. - 8 years of sales experience with a focus on generating new business sales of enterprise-class Customer Experience or other Business solutions. - Experience selling into India MRD (Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution) is essential. - Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning, or other business application technologies is ideal. - Ability to navigate and progress short and long complex sales cycles. - Understanding of business sales processes. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline. ServiceNow approaches the distributed world of work with flexibility and trust, assigning work personas (flexible remote or required in-office) based on the nature of work and assigned location.
