As an experienced candidate with 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve owning and managing the end-to-end customer renewal process. This includes tracking renewal dates, contracts, and billing cycles in CRM, proactively engaging with customers before renewal deadlines, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions. You will also be responsible for sharing renewal reports, churn analysis, and retention metrics with management. Your key responsibilities will further include identifying and generating leads through various channels such as calls, references, LinkedIn, and others. You should understand client requirements, pitch suitable products/services, schedule meetings and product demos, and maintain CRM with follow-up details. Regular follow-ups with prospects, coordination with internal teams for proposals and onboarding, and achieving assigned monthly and quarterly targets are essential parts of your role. Additionally, you must be willing to travel Pan India as per business needs, conduct onsite client visits, and be target-oriented. Your skills and requirements should include strong coordination skills with internal stakeholders, good communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of sales and business development, willingness to learn and adapt, and a graduation in any discipline.
