As a Technical Program Manager with 8-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role as the TPM for the Low-Code Platform. Your main responsibility will be to act as the "glue" that connects multiple independent modules into a unified product release. You will facilitate communication between Engineering Managers, synchronize development cycles, and ensure that cross-module dependencies are identified and resolved before they pose challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Platform Governance: Design and maintain a unified Jira architecture (Advanced Roadmaps/Portfolio) that consolidates data from all module-specific projects. - Release Orchestration: Manage the "Platform Release Train" to ensure synchronization of all modules (UI, Workflow, Data, etc.) for integrated testing and deployment. - Dependency Management: Proactively identify technical and schedule dependencies between modules and lead the "Scrum of Scrums" to resolve conflicts. - Risk Mitigation: Maintain a platform-level risk register, track "Integration Debt," and ensure alignment among technical module owners on interface contracts. - Process Standardization: Standardize the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" across teams to maintain quality consistency at the integration layer. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide the Head of Development with a real-time, consolidated view of platform health, velocity, and delivery timelines. Required Technical Skills:
Jira Power User: Possess expert-level knowledge of Jira configurations, JQL, Automation, and Advanced Roadmaps, along with the ability to guide Engineering Managers on best practices. - Systems Architecture: Understand API contracts, microservices communication, and CI/CD pipelines at a technical depth. - SDLC Mastery: Demonstrate deep experience in Agile, Kanban, and scaled frameworks adapted for modular platforms like Secure or LeSS. Soft Skills & Leadership:
Influencing Without Authority: Capable of challenging timelines and dependencies without creating friction. - Conflict Resolution: Proficient in mediating conflicts when two modules have competing priorities for shared resources or integration points.
