Sales Support Officer - Energy

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate enquiries and convert them into Orders by effectively networking with customers. - Provide regular follow-up and feedback to the proposal team. - Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer timelines and ensure satisfaction. - Respond to customer queries and offer support. - Handle order entries in the system and follow up for timely payments. - Assist the sales team with reports and documentation. - Manage and organize sales-related documentation. - Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer relationship management. - Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering post-sales assistance. - Communicate customer feedback internally to enhance products and services. - Maintain continuous cooperation with the local market analyst. Qualification Required:
